By submitting information through a form on the Site — including the Book a Tour, Private Events, or newsletter forms — you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swing Studios, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms of Use or your misuse of the Site.

Relationship to Our Other Policies

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Site and apply to every visitor. Your use of our physical facility as a Member or guest is separately governed by our Membership Agreement, and our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Becoming a Member does not replace these Terms of Use — both apply.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Severability
